We work one-on-one with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, identity concerns, spiritual discouragement, or major life decisions.
Therapy includes evidence-based approaches such as CBT, SFBT, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Strengths-Based counseling — blended with Christian spiritual integration, including prayer, biblical reflection, and faith-centered meaning-making.
We help couples address communication concerns, emotional disconnection, conflict patterns, betrayal recovery, and relational wounds. Our approach integrates attachment-based methods, emotional safety, and Christian relational values such as grace, reconciliation, mutual respect, and covenantal partnership.

We support individuals processing trauma, loss, spiritual distress, or life-altering events. Our trauma-sensitive framework helps you regulate the nervous system, reclaim safety, integrate painful memories, and make meaning in ways that honor both your emotional needs and your faith journey. Christian-integrated grief work is available to explore spiritual hope, lament, prayer, and biblical themes of comfort and restoration.
Whether you’re exploring a new career path, recovering from burnout, or entering retirement, we provide compassionate, values-based support at every stage of your professional life.
What to Expect
Whether you’re exploring a new career path, healing from burnout, or transitioning toward retirement, we combine evidence-based career counseling with optional Christian vocational exploration. Methods include Narrative Therapy, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and values-based discernment, as well as spiritual reflection around calling, gifting, stewardship, and meaningful work.
